Voting by Mail
You must fill out an application to vote by mail. If you are submitting an annual application (age 65 or over) submit it in the same year for which you wish to receive ballots.

Pick up an application at the Clerk’s office, call 325-835-2421 to have one mailed to you, or print one from the Secretary of States website.

Completed Applications may be mailed, faxed, or scanned and emailed to the following:

If the application is faxed or emailed, the ORIGINAL must be received by mail (not just postmarked) within 4 days of the faxed or emailed application.
